    What you get

A written summary of your claims

Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

    01

    A list of recoverable claims

Denied and unpaid claims that are still inside the payer’s appeal or filing window, with the dollar amount at stake.

    02

    Your top denial reasons

The specific reasons behind your denials, and what’s causing them.

    03

    A short fix list

Changes to your intake, coding or authorization tracking that stop the same denials from coming back.

    How it works

Three business days, start to finish

Most practices have their summary within 3 business days.

    1. Send the form

Tell us your specialty, practice size, software and what’s bothering you most.

    2. Sign the BAA

We send a standard Business Associate Agreement before we see anything.

    3. Share access or a report

Read-only access to your billing, or an export of your claims and denials report.

    4. Get your summary

A written summary, and a 20-minute call to walk through it if you want one.

    Before you ask

    Questions about the review

Still unsure? Email info@carerevenuemanagement.com or call (850) 515-4548.

    Is it really free?

Yes. No fee, no contract, no card. We do it because the review is the best way to show you how we work.

    What access do you need?

Either read-only access to your EHR’s billing section or an export of your claims and denials report. We sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement first, before we see anything.

How far back do you look?

Usually the last 6 to 12 months of claims, since older claims are often past the payer’s filing or appeal deadline. Most practices get their summary within 3 business days; larger groups with a lot of open claims may take a little longer, and we’ll tell you upfront.

    What if you find nothing?

Then you’ve confirmed your billing is in good shape, and that’s worth knowing. We’ll tell you straight.

Will you pressure me to sign up?

No. You get the written summary either way. If it makes sense to work together, we’ll talk about it. If not, you keep the summary.
