Questions about the review
Still unsure? Email info@carerevenuemanagement.com or call (850) 515-4548.
Is it really free?
Yes. No fee, no contract, no card. We do it because the review is the best way to show you how we work.
What access do you need?
Either read-only access to your EHR’s billing section or an export of your claims and denials report. We sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement first, before we see anything.
How far back do you look?
Usually the last 6 to 12 months of claims, since older claims are often past the payer’s filing or appeal deadline. Most practices get their summary within 3 business days; larger groups with a lot of open claims may take a little longer, and we’ll tell you upfront.
What if you find nothing?
Then you’ve confirmed your billing is in good shape, and that’s worth knowing. We’ll tell you straight.
Will you pressure me to sign up?
No. You get the written summary either way. If it makes sense to work together, we’ll talk about it. If not, you keep the summary.
