What changes

Your staff stops drowning in phones and paperwork.

Front desks in small practices do five jobs at once. A virtual assistant takes the repeatable work off their plate, so patients get answers and your team gets time back.

Getting started

From first call to a working assistant

No new software for your team. Your assistant works in the systems you already use.

  1. Tell us the tasks

Share what eats your staff’s day: phones, scheduling, verification, authorizations or admin.

  2. BAA and access

We sign a Business Associate Agreement, then set up access to your EHR, phones and inbox.

  3. Training on your workflows

Your assistant learns your scheduling rules, providers, payers and scripts before going live.

  4. Go live, with a task log

Work starts during your business hours, with every task logged so you can see what got done.

What does a medical virtual assistant cost?

$10 to $12 per hour, depending on the tasks and the hours you need. You’re billed monthly for the hours worked.

Are your assistants HIPAA trained?

Yes. Every assistant is HIPAA trained, signs a confidentiality agreement and works on company-managed computers. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before any access.

What hours do assistants work?

During your US business hours, every weekday, so they’re available while your office is open.

Do we need new software?

No. Your assistant works inside your EHR, scheduling system, phone system and inbox.

Can an assistant work alongside your billing team?

Yes. Many practices pair an assistant with our billing service. Insurance checks and authorization tracking up front mean fewer denials later.
